Stand out on the exhibition floor!

Increase your stand promotion by addding a floor graphic with your company logo or any service that you would like to advertise to delegates. (please note: floor stickers can only be placed close to your stand).
To make it easier to get leads on the physical event, swapcard offers an option to add a feature to your virtual stand that allows you to scan the delegate details on the day and add them to your contact list and export the details. Easier than swapping business cards.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ

Once this application is accepted, a binding contract will exist between the Exhibitor and the Organiser. An invoice will be issued for the total cost and will be payable immediately. You understand that, once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled and that in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor the full fee remains due.
