Form 3: Exhibitor badges

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ

Please note:  Your stand booking includes two exhibitor places. Submit before 23 October

Any extra Exhibitor Badges will need to be purchased.

Once this application is accepted, a binding contract will exist between the Exhibitor and the Organiser. An invoice will be issued for the total cost and will be payable immediately. You understand that, once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled and that in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor the full fee remains due.

Please note: This does not give you access to the conference sessions.
