On the above button, you will be able to access/download the Exhibitor Guide. There you will find a step by step explanation of the event platform and how to set-up everything in order to make sure you can take full advantage of the event.

The platform access email will be sent on the 1 March.

To guarantee that you will get the above,  please send via email - Contact name, job title and email for the two exhibitor places included on your booking to: set-up, manage the stand and full access to the event content.

On the access email - from Swapcard, click ‘Let’s get started’ and it will direct you the event platform – please create a password.

Please ensure you are using either the Chrome or Firefox web browser and enter the platform outside of a VPN. Some organisations IT requirements prevent access to certain platforms so please check your permissions and use a personal device if required.

At the end of the event, you will receive  the data report with the details from those that have visited your stand, view your ad and documents.
