Access and Parking

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any discount rates for the new car park as it is fully operated and owned by Liverpool City Council.
Access to the Loading Bay
Exhibitors and Contractors are requested to report to the vehicle holding area (VHA), indicated on the map. Vehicles will be parked in the holding area in a queuing system and once suitable space for your vehicle is available, you will be advised to proceed to Loading Bay 2, via Keel Wharf. Once at the gatehouse to Loading Bay 2, all vehicles must follow the instruction of the traffic management team. Please note the height of the Loading Bay is 4.3 metres and the speed limit is 5mph. You are required to unload your vehicle within a 30 minute period. Exhibitors with smaller items, which can be carried into the venue are encouraged to park in the car park and carry their items to the venue.

Attendee List
A complimentary data-protected copy of the Attendee List will be available on request from georgie.phelan@foremarke.uk.com three weeks prior to the event on receipt of a signed copy of the terms and conditions of use. The list does not include email addresses and is not available after the event.
You will also be able to check all attendees via the event app.
Catering for Exhibitors
Refreshments will be provided during the day, however lunch and dinner are not included but it is available to order in advance and it can be delivered directly to your stand. On the event days, you can purchase some food options at the Exhibitor Café.
All catering supplies for your stand should be obtained from Sodexo, ACC Liverpool’s official catering company.
Should any company attempt to provide their own food, beverages or catering equipment in the venue, they will be asked to remove it or pay a 'corkage/facilities' fee for it.

Contractors
It is essential that your contractor is fully aware of the Rules and Regulations, Health and Safety procedures, relevant forms and deadlines.
Please ensure these details are forwarded to your contractor. If you require help in appointing a suitable contractor, please contact The ESSA (Event Supplier and Services Association) on telephone 01442 285 812, visit www.essa.uk.com.
For security reasons: Please send me all the contractor company name and staff that will be building your stand (if applicable).
Insight Stage - Speaking Opportunity
A series of 20 minute thought provoking sessions from digital and tech exhibitors taking place in the purpose-built theatre at the entrance to the exhibition. Gives tech exhibitors the ideal platform to showcase their offering to up to 100 delegates who attend these free sessions.
Sessions are available to exhibitors on a first-come first-served basis. Topic subject to approval.
Dilapidations
Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the fabric of the exhibition venue, whether caused by the exhibitor, agents or contractors. No items, adhesives or materials of any kind may be fixed to the fabric of the building. In your own interest, you should satisfy yourself as to the condition of your stand site before the construction of your stand and after its removal. Any charges incurred by the organisers for damage to the venue will be passed on to the exhibitor concerned.
Distribution of Promotional Material
Exhibitors are reminded that business may only be conducted from their stand. The distribution of leaflets or any other promotional material will not be permitted in any other part of the venue. The organisers reserve the right to prohibit the display or distribution of promotional literature that could give rise to offence and to confiscate the supplies of such material for the duration of the event.

Insurance
It is a requirement of your contract to exhibit at the exhibition that you have adequate insurance protection in place.
We strongly recommend that you ensure that, in addition to complying with contract conditions, the sums insured, limits of indemnity and general scope of the standard Exhibitor insurance package adequately meet your specific needs. If you are not satisfied that this is the case, you are free to contact InEvexco Ltd for help and advice, or to complete the Additional Premium Calculation part of the “Evidence of Insurance as an Exhibitor” and send it to them with payment for your additional cover requirements. If you have any doubts about what your insurance needs are you should speak to either InEvexco Ltd or an independent insurance advisor.
If you require additional cover and are based outside the United Kingdom, you should send the form electronically to InEvexco Ltd, after calculating the amount payable. If payment is not being made in £ Sterling a surcharge equivalent to £ Sterling 10.00 must be added to cover currency exchange/bank charges.
This insurance is underwritten by Underwriters at Lloyd’s and Chubb European Group Limited (as per Evidence of Insurance document). InEvexco Ltd is available to provide assistance and advice about any related matter.

Lead Capture - App
Public Address System
The public address system at the exhibition is for organiser’s official announcements, security and police messages, and sponsor messages only and is not available for use by exhibitors for promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Social Media
The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or reject from the exhibition any exhibitor who, in their opinion, is promoting, selling, marketing or exhibiting items or products that are in any way copies or reproductions of any other product or item already being produced or manufactured by any other exhibitor or manufacturer. Information about applications for patents and copyrights can be obtained from: The Patent Office on telephone 01633 814 000.
Storage
Limited storage facilities are available in the Exhibition Hall - please contact rita.rua@foremarke.uk.com with details of what you wish to store. Fire regulations prohibit the storage in areas behind stands.
Trolleys
Trolleys are not available at the venue and recipients of deliveries must ensure that they can transport items from the loading bay to their stand.
