It is a condition of entry into the exhibition that every Exhibitor, Contractor, Sub-contractor, Supplier and their Agents attending site (during the Construction Phase, Build Up and Break Down) have viewed, read and acknowledged CDM Site Induction presentation below.

Breakdown

Removal of exhibits 14:30 – 20:00
Breakdown must not commence until all delegates have left the exhibition hall. Stand materials and rubbish not cleared from the venue by 20:00 on Thursday 17 October will be removed as rubbish. Charges incurred for such removal will be passed on to the exhibitor concerned.

Toilets will be open during the build-up and breakdown periods.
SMOKING
Smoking, including that of e-cigarettes, is not permitted within the venue

IRE PROCEDURES
The stadium fire alarm is tested weekly at 9am on Monday mornings, during this time there is no need to take any action, the test will last just a couple of minutes.
The fire alarm is a male voice announcing “Attention, Attention. A security situation has arisen within the stadium, please evacuate by the nearest emergency exit.”
If the alarm sounds, please leave the stadium by the nearest safe emergency exit. A green running man sign denotes the emergency exits that will stay illuminated should lighting fail. Stadium staff will be on hand to assist you where possible.
- The assembly point for the stadium is outside the Fanstore on the brick pavement adjacent to the gatehouse, please see stadium map on front page. Please let us know should you have any guests requiring assistance.
FIRST AID
Should you require the assistance of a First Aider, please contact the Duty Manager on 07739 590 946 or main reception.
PPE
- High visibility clothing must be worn at all times when working in the venue’s loading bays
- All personnel working within the hall/s must adhere to the safety signage displayed at the hall entrance/s
- All personnel working within the halls must adhere to any signage displayed.
