The Event Guide is given to each delegate on arrival at the Registration Desk and is widely referred to both during the event and afterwards.

We will upload your submitted website profile on the event app and event guide (including the logo if you chose to include this option). 

App access details will be sent once the app is live. There is no charge for using the app.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ

Once this application is accepted, a binding contract will exist between the Exhibitor and the Organiser. An invoice will be issued for the total cost and will be payable immediately. You understand that, once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled and that in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor the full fee remains due.
